    Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with sending us a video, please refer to these Frequently Asked Questions

    FAQs

Q: I don't know the file size of my video. Which method should I use to send it to you?
A: You can determine the file size by checking the properties of the video file. For Microsoft users, right click the file and select "properties". If you are still not sure, then check the length of your video. If it is under 10 minutes, then it will probably be best to use our upload site www.KentTVupload.com. If your video is longer, then please follow the instructions under the post section.

Q: My file won't upload through the upload site. Why is this?
A: There are a number of reasons that could cause this.

    • Please ensure that FLASH is installed on your system
    • The file being uploaded is larger than 100MB
    • Your network may have an upload limit set (speak to your systems administrator)

    Q: I have emailed you a video, why haven't I received a response?
A: Someone from the Kent TV team will always respond to your email, normally within 48 hours (this may take longer over weekends or public holidays). If you have not received an email after this time, then it is possible your email has not sent. Please check for any error messages in your inbox and re-send if you have a failed notice. If you have no error messages and have not received a response from Kent TV, then please email our technical team: info@KentTV.com.

A: An automatic response is always issued when a video is successfully uploaded. If you haven't received this (please also check your junk mail folders), then the upload has not worked. Please try again, as the upload site will show an error message describing any reasons if the upload won't work.
